From October 18th to 20th, 2013, 3rd Islamism and Christianity Dialogue Academic Symposium was held in Yifu International Conference Center, Central China Normal University. The subject of the symposium is “Native Experience: the Meeting and Dialogue between Chinese Islamism and Christianity”. It was co-organized by The Research Center for East-West Cultural Exchanges, Central China Normal University, The Research Center of Christianity and Chinese Cultural, Hong Kong Alliance Bible Seminary, Hui Islamic Research Institute, Ningxia Academy of Social Sciences, and Institute of World Religions, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. 30-odd experts and scholars from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Ningxia, Gansu, Xinjiang, Hong Kong and other places attended the symposium. They made an in-depth dialogue and discussion about the history, current situation, doctrines, philosophy of Christianity and Islamism. Papers submitted are further expanded and improved on the basis of two previous symposiums.
