Abstract:Dealing with the situation of struggle lies everywhere and anytime in the base area,providing the masses and the militia with large number of weapons and ammunition to form a widespread guerrilla warfare is a great pioneering work in the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC).In consideration of the internal and external conditions,it is impossible to carry out large-scale military industrial and manufacturing of advanced weapons.The basic principle of ordnance production was designated as the mass production of grenades,mines and other explosive weapon.
